Terms of service
The agreement
Installing or buying Pomeroy means you accept these terms.
The licence
The licence is personal. It covers one Mac at a time. You move it by deactivating the old Mac and activating the new one. It covers every update to Pomeroy 1. A later major version is a separate purchase.
The free tier
Without a paid licence, Pomeroy answers 50 actions a week. The free allowance may change for future installs. A paid licence is never revoked because the free tier changed.
Payment and refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. The price is $39 once. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back — no questions. UK and EU statutory rights are unaffected.
What Pomeroy does
Pomeroy reads data on your Mac at your direction and lets Claude Desktop use it. You are responsible for what you ask Claude to do with it.
Not affiliated with Anthropic
Pomeroy is not made by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Desktop are Anthropic’s. You need their app, and their terms, as well as these.
Warranty and liability
Pomeroy is provided as-is, except where consumer law says we cannot say that. If we are liable, the cap is the price you paid, except for liability that the law does not let us cap.
Termination
A refunded or revoked key is deactivated on the store’s side. The app then returns to the free weekly limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of TODO(founder): jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer-rights protection you already have where you live.
Changes
